Service Description
Some things are better learned together. The Beginner's Bundle Duo brings two people into the same private studio session — same pace, same instructor, same hands-on experience — with Shanti's full attention on both of you throughout every lesson. Over four one-hour sessions, you'll go from never having touched a machine to threading, sewing, and completing your first finished project side by side. No group class pressure. No waiting your turn. Just focused, personal instruction tailored to where each of you is starting from. Whether you're coming in as a couple, a parent and adult child, a pair of friends, or two colleagues ready to learn a new skill — this is your space to build something real, together. What's included: 4 private, 1-hour sessions for two students Industrial machine training from scratch Your first finished project — completed by both of you All practice materials provided Dedicated instruction from Shanti, start to finish Must be 18 or older. A small supply list will be provided at your first session.
Cancellation Policy
Private Lesson Policy: 1. Payment & Booking Upfront Payment: To secure the "Beginner's Bundle" rate of $320, full payment must be made prior to the first scheduled lesson. Non-Refundable: Once purchased, lesson packages are non-refundable. However, they may be transferred to a friend or family member with prior notice. 2. Cancellation & Rescheduling We value your time and ours. Because private lessons reserve a specific timeslot dedicated solely to you: 24-Hour Notice Required: You must provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a lesson. Late Cancellations/No-Shows: If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice or fail to show up, that lesson credit will be forfeited and deducted from your 4-lesson package. How to Reschedule: Please contact us via email or text to adjust your appointment. 3. Arrival & Punctuality Lesson Duration: Each lesson is strictly 60 minutes. Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, your lesson will still end at the scheduled time to respect the clients booked after you. We cannot extend the session time for late arrivals. 4. Expiration Date Validity: To ensure you retain what you learn, consistency is key! All 4 lessons in the Beginner’s Bundle must be used within 90 days of the purchase date. Unused lessons after this period will expire. 5. Studio Safety & Guests Safety First: Students must follow all safety instructions regarding the industrial machines. A standard liability waiver must be signed before the first lesson. One-on-One Focus: Private lessons are designed for one student and one instructor. To maintain safety and focus, please do not bring guests, children, or pets to your session.
